About Us
Vesuvius is our inspiration
Nero Vesuviano is a curated selection born on the slopes of Mount Somma–Vesuvius: preserves, powders, oils, and wines chosen in numbered micro-lots, with clear origin and gift-worthy design. Our mission is to bring Vesuvian identity to the table with gastronomic curation and responsibility: essential ingredients, clean processing, chef-guided tastings, clear sensory profiles, and a transparent story of the supply chain. Each label comes from selected parcels, is tracked by lot/vintage, and is accompanied by useful recipes and pairings (via QR), transforming the everyday pantry into a mineral, elegant, gourmet experience.
We support local producers, reduce waste, prioritize recyclable glass and paper, and always indicate environmental labeling for proper disposal. We want every product to be beautiful to gift and easy to use: clean taste, attentive service, quick deliveries, and an open dialogue with those who choose us. In a phrase: we select, taste, and tell the story of Vesuvius with respect, rigor, and emotion.
