Our artisanal selections from Vesuvio: purée and pulp of Piennòlo, whole tomatoes in natural and confit, friarielli in oil, vegetable creams and pâtés. Local raw materials harvested at peak ripeness, short cooking times, and essential ingredients: no unnecessary additives, just clean taste and “mineral sweetness”. We work in numbered batches with clear origin and sensory control on each vintage. Profiles designed for everyday cooking and gourmet dining: perfect for quick pasta and ragù, tray pizza, bruschetta, white meats, and blue fish.
