The Water and Salt Tomatoes produced by the small farm Radici are born here, at the foot of Monte Somma, from tomatoes cultivated with care and hand-picked at peak ripeness. Only water and salt, no other additions: in brine they maintain their natural crunchiness, the sweetness of the fruit, and that slight mineral vein that smells of Vesuvius.
Why Nero Vesuviano
We chose them because they tell the story of the tomato in its simplest and truest form: no overpowering seasonings, just the fruit, the water, the salt, and the character of Monte Somma. They are the perfect ingredient for our “mineral, elegant, gourmet” cuisine, but with the soul of home-cooked meals.
