Napoletana-style Eggplants Agridis bring one of the most typical sides of our cuisine into a jar: selected eggplants, cut and processed to remain tender yet firm, seasoned with oil, garlic, parsley, and a light acidic note that cleanses the palate without overpowering the vegetable’s flavor.
