Usage:

Ready to use for quick sauces, pizza, seafood/land dishes

Recommended to briefly sauté in a pan with oil, garlic, or onion

Also ideal raw on bruschetta and freselle after a brief draining
Storage:

Before opening: store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources

After opening: store in the refrigerator, in a closed container, and consume within 3–4 days
